You may feel that something is slightly off. This is normal. Human perception is famously unreliable, especially in low-contrast environments, especially late at night, especially when you are already primed to expect an effect.
To be clear: this page is static. It does not animate. There are no visual tricks occurring. Any sense of motion is a well-documented cognitive phenomenon related to pattern recognition, eye fatigue, and suggestion.
The human visual system is constantly correcting itself. Small involuntary eye movements (microsaccades) create the illusion that objects are shifting when they are not. This is why stars appear to flicker. This is why text can feel unstable if you stare at it too long.
If you think the letters are drifting, please blink. If the sensation persists, look away from the screen for several seconds. Hydration may also help.
